Telekom Veszprém will play again on Wednesday in the K&H League against Veszprémi KKFT at 20:15. The game will be played in Veszprém Arena and will be broadcasted live by M4 Sport.

Veszprémi KKFT has been promoted after last season, by winning the West Division of the second tier. Although the Hungarian Handball Federation closed the championships without winners, hence they could not have been promoted, but fortunately for them, Vác stepped down from the first division promoting KKFT after all.

Our next opponent signed four players for the first division, while letting go of two players. From this season, Attila Tóth from Eger, Huba Vajda on loan from Balatonfüred, Ádám Borbély from Tatabánya and Benedek Szakály from Ferencváros will strengthen KKFT. The two departing players are Milán Szép and Zsolt Szász.

VKKFT has already played their first game in the K&H League already, and they managed to beat Dabas by two goals, 27:29. The top scorer of the team were László Szeitl and Gergő Fazekas with 5 goals each.

Telekom Veszprém played on Sunday in the SEHA – Gazprom League Final4 in Zadar and managed to win confidently against HC Vardar. The game ended with a 27:35 result, with Petar Nenadic scoring 5 goals, leading the team.
