In the first round of the K&H League, our team will face CYEB-Budakalász.
The match will be streamed live on the M4 Sport Online YouTube channel.

Budakalász finished 12th in the league last season with 15 points, narrowly avoiding relegation from the first division. Head coach István Csoknyai’s squad has also gone through changes this summer, as seven players left the team, including both goalkeepers and national team playmaker Ádám Juhász. During their preparations, Budakalász managed a confident win over Carbonex-Komló at the beginning of August.

Departures: Dániel Váczi, Mihály Tóth, Dominik Kovács, Ádám Juhász, Josip-Juric Grgic, Maxim Mikhalin, Péter Szmetán.
Arrivals: Ákos Takács, Tibor Nagy (both goalkeepers), István Mátés, Máté Száva, Gellért István Fekete.

For One Veszprém, this will also be the first competitive match of the season. After winning the Doboj tournament, our team made its home debut in a friendly against ORLEN Wisla Plock, then celebrated another victory in Iceland at Áron Pálmarsson’s farewell match. It was a busy preseason, and now the time has come for the first official clash of the 2025/26 season.

Saturday’s match will be officiated by referee pair Pál Kékes and Gábor György, with Tamás Haskó and Norbert Natkai serving as delegates.
