Official decision about the points of our canceled game

Telekom Veszprém was supposed to host the closing game of the group against the French runner-up, HBC Nantes in the EHF Champions League. However, ten minutes before the start of the game, one of the Croatian referee pair produced a positive COVID test, after which the European Handball Federation (EHF) canceled the game.

Today afternoon, in the EHF headquarters in Vienna, a decision has been made about the points of the game. The sides finished the group phase with a draw, and were awarded 1 point each, with a 5:5 goal difference.
