Status report from David Davis

Telekom Veszprém started the eight weeks preparation on 13 July, from which two and a half had already passed. Besides the gym training, there are handball practices and running as well. We asked our head coach, David Davis, to briefly summarize the work he has seen so far.

"I am happy. We started the real work this week and the players are working really hard and responding well to the workload. The quality of the handball is very good, especially after missing around five months. Everybody is working very hard in the gym and you can see how well they prepare themselves for the upcoming challenges. Until now, things are going really good and we hope that we can start the preparation games next week. On Friday, we will play a friendly game amongst ourselves. We are in a good way, I can tell that much."
