Veszprém – Vojvodina pregame statements

Telekom Veszprém will host HC Vojvodina on Saturday at 19:00 in the second leg of the SEHA – Gazprom League’s quarterfinal. The Hungarian team has a five goals advantage going into the second game. We asked our head coach and player about their expectations.

David Davis: I do not really know what to expect from this game, with this situation going on in the world. The rational decision would be to not play. If we have to, however, we will prepare to 100%, and we will try to win. The problem here is not with the people, but this is a contact sport, where we use our hands to do everything. If we think logically, we should not play on Satruday.

Gasper Marguc: As coach said, we are in a difficult situation. If we have a game on Saturday, we would like to achieve a good result and add even more to our advantage. It will be strange to play in an empty Arena, but we are professionals, so anything happens, we will give everything.
