2025-02-12 13:42In the eleventh round of the Champions League, we are going to play away against Dinamo Bucuresti. The match will be broadcast live by Sport 1.
Dinamo has played only one match since the winter break against Steua Bucharest, where they achieved a confident 32-19 victory. This means that they continue to lead the Romanian championship with a significant advantage, while in the Champions League they are currently in 5th place with 10 points. Bucharest is very dangerous at home in the most prestigious European cup series, as David Davis’s team have also defeated Fredericia, Pelister, Sporting and Berlin. Only Paris has been able to take points away from the Romanians. We have not managed to beat them in Romania recently either, for that we have to go back in history to 2005. Since then, however, our record against them away is one draw and one defeat.
Like Dinamo, our team has played in one match so far in 2025. In the K&H League, we won 48-24 at Dabas' home, thanks to which we continue to lead the Hungarian championship, as well as our Champions League group.
We have played against Dinamo Bucuresti away three times in our history, with one win, one draw and one loss in these matches. The last time we played at the Romanians' home was in the 2022/23 season, when the match ended in a 31-31 draw.
